Certified Notion Expert & Consultant – If your Notion right now is a chaotic graveyard of half-finished pages, broken databases, and 47 open tabs just to run your business… you’re not lazy.

You’re bleeding hours every single week. Hours that turn into real money leaking out of your company. Your team is frustrated, you’re embarrassed when a client asks for a link, and deep down you know one clean workspace could fix 80% of your headaches… but you don’t have time to figure it out.

I fix that in one week flat.

Hey! I’m a Certified Notion Expert who builds complete, automated Notion operating systems that become the single source of truth for your entire business. Done for creators (100k+ followers), agencies, coaches, real estate teams, personal and e-commerce brands.

I don’t just make pages – I design complete Notion OS systems that replace Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, and half your tool stack.

Here’s exactly what you get:

- One aesthetic master dashboard that makes you smile every time you open it

- Bullet-proof relational databases with advanced formulas, rollups, and relations that actually work

- Custom templates & packs (CRM, client portals, content calendars, finance trackers, SOPs, project management)

- Full Make.com / Zapier / Notion API automations (auto-invoicing, Slack alerts, recurring tasks, Gmail sync – whatever you need)

- Clean migration of all your old Airtable, ClickUp, Sheets, Coda, or Excel data

- Team permissions, onboarding flows, and Loom training videos

- 14 days of unlimited tweaks after delivery

Recent results for clients:

✓ Saved a SaaS company 28 hrs/week with automated client onboarding + CRM

✓ Built a full creator OS for a 100k-sub YouTuber (content pipeline + sponsorship tracker)

✓ Replaced 9 tools for a 7-figure agency with one linked Notion workspace

✓ Migrated 2,000+ rows from Airtable → Notion for an e-commerce brand

My 4-step process removes every single objection:

1. 20-minute call – I listen, I get you, I map everything you actually need

2. I disappear and build the entire thing in a private duplicate (you see zero mess)

3. Live hand-off + recorded Loom walkthrough + full documentation

4. 14 days of free fixes – if anything isn’t perfect, I fix it free until it is

You deal with me directly. No junior, no hand-offs. I reply fast, I over-communicate, I read the room, and I genuinely care that this becomes the best money you’ve ever spent. Clients tell me working with me feels calm, safe, and actually fun.

Here is one from Kayla Baker ( Fiverr Buyer of a Notion Grimoire Dashboard that read Moon and keeps very important information and logs ):

Ajiri was so great to work with! I gave a brief idea of what I was looking for and she worked with me on pricing. Not only that, she really wanted to make sure I was happy, so even when there had to do some minor adjustments to fit my vision, I sent her photos of what type of look I was going for and she delivered! The communication was so good, I had a hard time getting back to her because of work, but she was so patient. She also sent me a breakdown of all the services she would provide, and even directions on how to duplicate my Notion template. I can't recommend her enough. Will definitely work with her again in the future!! Thank you!!
