Setup, data migration, training — and I stick around after go-live, which is when the real questions show up.

WHEN CONFIGURATION RUNS OUT

If the standard system genuinely can't do something, I build it: custom apps, DocTypes, workflows, server and client scripts, API integrations, print formats, reports.

But I try not to. Every customization is something you pay to maintain later, so I only write code when configuration runs out.
